How do I install Anton on my store?
Install Anton via the Shopify App Store or a direct install link provided by Antonis Consulting. After approving the required permissions you will be prompted to create your Anton account.
What plan do I start on?
All new merchants start on the free plan. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from the Billing section of your Anton dashboard.
How does the loyalty programme work?
Anton tracks points automatically when customers place orders. You configure the earn rate, rewards, and currency name from your dashboard. Customers can check their balance and redeem rewards via a widget on your storefront.
How do I add the storefront widgets to my theme?
Anton's widgets are available as theme app extensions. Go to your Shopify theme editor, open the block or section picker, and add the Anton blocks you want — such as the loyalty account block or the earn points widget.
Can I use Anton at a physical point of sale?
Yes. Anton includes a POS UI extension for Shopify POS that lets staff look up customer loyalty balances and apply redemptions at checkout.
How does automated review collection work?
Anton sends a review request email to customers a set number of days after their order is fulfilled. You can customise the timing and email content from your dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Where is my data stored?
Anton stores data in the EU using Supabase. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and sub-processors.
Can Anton staff see my password or payment details?
No. Passwords are hashed and unreadable by anyone, including us — if you forget yours it must be reset, not retrieved. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach Anton's systems. Support staff have no access to passwords, card data, or raw credentials.
What customer data does Anton store?
For loyalty, Anton only stores anonymous numeric customer IDs and point balances. For back-in-stock notifications and wishlists, Anton stores the customer's email address and optionally their name — only to send the notification they requested. This data is deleted when the notification is sent or when the merchant uninstalls the app.
